Is BLV a background investigation?

No. Completing BLV makes you BLV Vetted. That is a structured readiness and presentation process. It is not a government background investigation, psychological or medical examination, polygraph/CVSA, academy, or POST certification.

Candidates

What does membership include?

One-time all-access membership includes The PROCESS, the certification quiz, three submissions, a personal BLV assessment, profile creation, and six months of database placement. After six months, continued placement is $8/month only with explicit enrollment.

Candidates

How long do I have to complete submissions?

Passing the quiz unlocks the submission hub and starts a 10-day soft deadline. BLV then aims to complete review within three business days.

Agencies

What can recruiters see?

Agencies see only the agency-facing profile and BLV narrative. They never receive raw questionnaires, item-level answers, the POST PHS, street address, SSN, financial, medical, or reviewer notes.

Agencies

How do agency tiers work?

Four annual tiers control geography, hiring windows, profile-view allowances, referral exclusivity, recruiting uploads, and lateral pricing.

Privacy

Who sees my PHS?

Your POST Personal History Statement stays restricted to you and authorized BLV administrators. It is never published to the member-agency database.

Referrals

What is referral exclusivity?

If you enter through an agency URL or QR code, that agency is the referral source. When your profile is published as BLV Vetted, a 14- or 7-day exclusivity window starts by tier.

What is the launch price?

Launch pricing is configured by BLV within the approved $100-$150 range. The listed candidate price on this site is the live membership price.
